- How would you describe your cruise with the ship MSC Preziosa in one sentence?
- Overall good but a few things were not really cruise ship standard such as food. Excursions/shuttle buses etc are poor value for money and little info from ship such as when port would put on shuttle buses.

- Your comment on cabin 12159:
- Well situated beside a central stair case to go up and down. Quiet area and cabins below and above so no noise from public areas. Balcony is small but in the favour of more space in the cabin. Storage space a little tight but bags can be put under bed.

- Food in buffet was poor and seemed to get worse with time. Poor layout in buffet meant it was impossible to know what was on offer without lots of walking in an area that is far too big with far too many people. Restaurant was better and actually quicker at times. Choice of specialality restaurants not great. Overall choice of food not great especially in buffet.
In house entertainment very good. External acts poor. (think she is more setup for 7 to 10 day cruises) and this was 15.
Bars ran out of many drinks, including bottled water in the end, only seem to want to provision in home port.
Service was inconsistent and all depended on how busy areas were. Different systems at different bars and quite inefficient at times.
Many staff are wonderful, very hard working and very friendly. This made up for a lot.

- Overall good but spoilt somewhat by cost of extras, lack of information, running of the ship (inefficiencies in layout and service), and not keeping provisions fresh and stocked.

- Can not fault seascanner. Did everything and more that was promised. Very helpfully throughout the process and cruise was significantly less cost that booking direct.
