- We had lots of noice from the back of the ship and problems with the toilet and hot water.

- Aida has made it clear that it is a cruise line strictly for German speaking people. There were numerous problem with language. This ship had 34 different nationalities and nothing was translated into English including visa process for individual ports, tender information. This is ridiculous considering how many nationalities were on this cruise. We were told at guest services that this is a policy and it can not be printed in any other language as it is too difficult. When it came time to close the account there was no issue with language as only an English version was provided for us. I would never cruise with this company again as it was very clear that the company has no intention on providing support for non german speaking people.
